Adams County Democratic Committee is the local county Democratic organization that works towards democratic ideals, assists voters, and supports Democratic candidates for public office. They also coordinate and get local permits for the weekly Rallies in Lincoln Square.

Blue Storm Action is a local Gettysburg group that is "Protecting Democracy, Empowering Citizens". According to Blue Storm's Facething page, the group is: "Adams County activists committed to electing representatives at all levels of government who are committed to choice, equity, integrity. " They also coordinate social service events and other forms of activism.
